I am Amit Mundra. I am not a career consultant. I am a commercial operator who has sat in every seat at the table: The Founder pitching investors, the Country Manager owning the P&L, and the Global Head of BD driving expansion. My career is defined by navigating complexity. 

The Executive: As Head of Global Business Development at Buhl Data Services (Germany’s leading FinTech), I didn’t just advise on strategy. I executed it. I led the expansion into North America and Europe, securing strategic partnerships and driving 235% user growth in emerging segments. I know how to navigate the conservative, compliance-heavy landscape of German business. 

The Founder: As CEO of Groflex (AI-native Business OS), I built product from zero, managed investor narratives, and led remote technical teams across three time zones. I know the agility required to survive from 0 to 1. 

The Result: I speak the language of the Boardroom (Unit Economics, Governance) and the language of the Build (Speed, AI, MVP).

HOW I WORK

I work closely with leadership teams during defined expansion phases where clarity, speed, and control matter most.

My role is to:

  • stress-test commercial assumptions
  • design the operating and governance model
  • validate early revenue logic
  • recruit and hand over to permanent leadership

This is not about generic strategy or execution outsourcing.

It is about ensuring expansion decisions are made deliberately and implemented with discipline.

Based in Düsseldorf, Germany. When I am not architecting expansions, I am likely analyzing the intersection of AI and industrial economics or exploring the quiet corners of Europe. I believe clarity, in business, comes from removing noise and focusing on the system.
